His educational backgrounds are Phylosophy Doctor from Cranfield University, England and a Bachelor from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Previously, he ever serves as Head Subdirectorate of Defense Technology of Ministry of Defense, and also served as Indonesian Air Force Commander of Maintenance Unit.

M. Arif Faisal serves as Director of Commerce, Technology & Development of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) based on the SOE Minister Decree and President Director of PT Len Industri (Persero) Number: SK-106/MBU/05/2023; 006/KRUPS/LEN-PTDI/V/2023 concerning Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Dirgantara Indonesia.
M. Arif Faisal is a Master of Business Management (Finance) from Satyagama University in 2013 and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Pasundan University in 1985. Prior to joining PTDI, he was entrusted with serving as President Director of PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera in 2020, SVP Sales & Marketing at PT GMF Aeroasia Tbk in 2018 and held several important positions at the same company and PT Garuda Indonesia from 1994 to 2003.

Megy Sismandany Director of Finance, Risk Management & Human Resources
Megy Sismandany serves as Director of Finance, Risk Management & Human Resources of PT Dirgantara Indonesia based on SOE Minister Decree and the President Director of PT Len Industri (Persero) Number: SK-158/MBU/07/2024; 003/KRUPS/LEN-PTDI/VII/2024 dated July 4, 2024 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Dirgantara Indonesia.
Megy Sismandany graduated from the Development Studies Economics of Parahyangan University, Bandung, in 2005. Before joining PTDI, he served as Director of Finance & Human Resources of PT Len Railway Systems from 2020 to 2024 and VP of Finance & Accounting Division at the same Company in the period 2018 to 2020. -
Batara Silaban Director of Production
Batara Silaban serves as Director of Production of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) based on SOE Minister Decree No. SK-287/MBU/09/2021 issued on September 02, 2021, about Dismissal, Nomenclature Changes, Transfer of Duties and Appointment of Board Directors Member of PT Dirgantara Indonesia.
Batara Silaban is a Master of International Management graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1992 and also Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering graduated from the same school before in 1982. Before joining PTDI, he served as EVP Operations of PT Okta Aero Konsultan in year 2019 to 2021, as Senior Consultant in Aviation Industry in year 2016 to 2019 and Executive Vice President for Maintenance & Fleet Management PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) in year 2012 to 2014.

Bonar Halomoan Hutagaol Vice President Commissioner
Born in Jakarta on May 28, 1961, Air Vice Marshal (Ret.) Bonar Halomoan Hutagaol, S.E., M.M., was first appointed as Vice President Commissioner of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) on July 19, 2021 based SOE Minister Decree Number: SK-242/MBU/07/2021 concerning Appointment of the Board of Commissioners, of the Company (Persero) PT Dirgantara Indonesia.
Air Vice Marshal (Ret.) Bonar Halomoan Hutagaol, S.E., M.M., was a graduate of the Air Force Academy in year 1984. Then he continued his study in 2011 to obtain an Economic Degree and Master of Human Resource Management in 2014. His last position was a Special Assistant to The Minister of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia in 2020.

Yusron Ihza Commissioner
Born in Belitung on February 6, 1958, Yusron Ihza was appointed as Commissioner of PT Dirgantara Indonesia on March 20, 2023 based on SOE Minister Decree Number: SK-52/MBU/03/2023 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Dirgantara Indonesia.
Yusron Ihza received his PhD in International Political Economy from the University of Tsukuba, Japan in 1998 and his Master of Laws from the same university in 1996. Prior to his appointment as PTDI Commissioner, he served as Indonesian Ambassador to Japan for the period 2014-2016 and Vice-Chairman of the Commission I DPR RI for the period 2004-2009. -
Jamaluddin Malik Independent Commissioner
Jamaluddin Malik was appointed as an Independent Commissioner according to the SOE Minister Decree No. SK-149/MBU/05/2020, issued May 18th 2020, about the Termination and Appointment of Commissioners Members, of the Company (Persero) PT Dirgantara Indonesia.
He achieved his Master Degree in Administrative Science from Moestopo University in year 2015 after he finished his Politics study in Institute of Social & Political Sciences Jakarta in year 2004.
Before he took the post of the Commissioner of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero), he was also the Commissioner of PT RNI (Holding) and any other companies, and also has another background as Head of Public Relations PT SETDCO Group in year 2003 to 2011.
