A copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and the President Director of the PT Len Industri Company (Persero) as the Shareholders of PT Dirgantara Indonesia regarding the Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Dirgantara Indonesia has been handed over.
As stated in the Decree of the Minister of SOEs and President Director of PT Len Industri (Persero) Number: SK-106/MBU/05/2023; 006/KRUPS/LEN-PTDI/V/2023, that appoints Br. Moh Arif Faisal as Director of Commerce, Technology & Development of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI).
The submission of the Decree was held at the Representative Office of PT Len Industri (Persero) at MTH Building, Jakarta, attended by Assistant Deputy for Manufacturing Industry of the Ministry of SOEs, Liliek Mayasari, President Director of PT Len Industri (Persero) as the Parent Holding Defend ID, Bobby Rasyidin, as well as the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PTDI.
The company would like to thank the Indonesian Ministry of SOEs and Parent Holding Defend ID for their attention to the progress of the Company's business and congratulate the inauguration of the new Director of Commerce, Technology & Development, hopefully it can help drive the improvement of PTDI's performance and achievements towards an independent, strong and increasingly advanced Defense Industry Company.
