"We believe that synergy between industry and the government is key to creating superior human resources ready to compete globally. PTDI will continue to support human resource development through training, internships, and collaboration with various educational institutions. We hope that the Minister's visit today will further strengthen collaboration in improving the quality of the Indonesian workforce, particularly in the high-tech industry," said Dena Hendriana, PTDI's Production Director.
Meanwhile, the Indonesian Minister of Manpower, Yassierli, said, "Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God), the results of the inspection show that the internship experience at PTDI was very impressive, especially for participants who worked directly in the final assembly hangar. This program has successfully provided real-world experience for fresh graduates from various universities. We appreciate PTDI and other partner companies for providing internships, and we hope this program will continue annually to support the development of superior human resources."
Through this visit, both PTDI and the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower want to ensure that the internship participants' practical experience is optimal and encourage effective mentoring. Participants also have the opportunity to share their experiences and provide direct feedback, as well as receive direction from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower to improve the quality of the national internship program.
