Defend ID's GMS Reveals PTDI's Net Profit Reaches 345.97 Percent
Jakarta – PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) recorded a net profit growth of 345.97 percent in 2025. This figure is a significant increase compared to 2024. This very positive achievement was revealed at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of the Defend ID Holding, held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, Tuesday (May 26, 2026). This impressive performance demonstrates PTDI as a strong Defend ID member and worthy of consideration as a strengthening factor in the national defense industry ecosystem. Not only did PTDI achieve an impressive net profit, but it also achieved a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) score of 100.65, exceeding the target of 100. In a press statement, PTDI's Director of Commerce and Development, Moh. Arif Faisal, stated that the KPI exceeded the target due to the strengthening of various indicators, such as economic and social value, and business innovation. Other strengthening factors included increased investment, leadership in the technology sector, and the development of superior human resources in the aerospace sector. "PTDI's performance achievements throughout 2025 are the result of strengthening its business, engineering, and production capabilities, as well as strategic collaboration with the entire national defense industry ecosystem within the DEFEND ID Holding," he explained. These achievements also further motivate the company to continue enhancing its aerospace technology mastery capacity. This aligns with the goal of global defense independence. Several changes were made at the AGM, including the nomenclature of several board members. Previously, there was a Director of Commerce, Technology, and Development; this position was changed to Director of Commerce and Development, filled by Moh. Arif Faisal. The Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources was replaced by Dhias Widhiyati as Director of Finance and Human Resources. The AGM also appointed Ony Arifianto as the new Director of Technology and Risk Management. Another change occurred in the position of Deputy President Commissioner, which is now held by Bagus Puruhito, replacing Bonar H. Hutagaol. Erwin Dimas was also appointed as Commissioner. To face challenges in the coming year, PTDI is said to continue strengthening its fundamental aspects, namely improving the quality of project execution. To support increasingly healthy business growth, management is also strengthening cash management, optimizing the supply chain, and accelerating the execution of strategic programs.
