PTDI Posts 345.97 Percent Net Profit

Jakarta – PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) recorded very positive financial results throughout the 2025 fiscal year. At the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of Holding DEFEND ID, held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, PTDI successfully recorded a 345.97 percent jump in net profit compared to the 2024 fiscal year. In addition to the significant surge in net profit, PTDI also achieved a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) score of 100.65, exceeding the previously set target of 100. This success was driven by various supporting indicators, including economic and social value, as well as innovation in the company's business model. PTDI's Director of Commerce and Development, Moh. Arif Faisal, explained that PTDI's impressive performance throughout 2025 was the result of strengthening internal capabilities in the business, engineering, and production sectors. This was also due to strategic collaboration with the entire national defense industry ecosystem under the auspices of Holding DEFEND ID. "Going forward, PTDI will continue to strengthen its mastery of national aerospace technology to support defense independence and Indonesia's industrial competitiveness globally," said Moh. Arif Faisal. Along with the submission of the financial performance report, the GMS also approved an organizational restructuring, including changes to the job nomenclature and a refresh of the PTDI Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners. The position of Director of Commerce, Technology & Development has been changed to Director of Commerce & Development, with Moh. Arif Faisal appointed. Meanwhile, the position of Director of Finance, Risk Management & Human Resources has been adjusted to Director of Finance & Human Resources, with Dhias Widhiyati filling the position. To strengthen innovation, Ony Arifianto was officially appointed as the new Director of Technology & Risk Management. Leadership shifts have also occurred within PTDI's Board of Commissioners. Bagus Puruhito officially replaces Bonar H. Hutagaol as Deputy President Commissioner, and Erwin Dimas was also appointed as a new Commissioner. To maintain the momentum of healthy business growth going forward, PTDI management is committed to continuing to focus on improving business fundamentals, which include strengthening cash management, optimizing the supply chain, improving the quality of project execution, and accelerating the company's strategic programs.
