PTDI to perform brilliantly in 2025: Profits skyrocket 345%, new management appointed

AIRSPACE REVIEW – PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) successfully posted outstanding performance throughout the 2025 fiscal year. At the DEFEND ID Holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, on Tuesday (May 26), this defense holding company reported a significant surge in net profit, reaching 345.97% compared to the 2024 fiscal year. This performance leap reaffirms PTDI's strategic position as a driving force for the national aerospace industry. The company is not only focused on supporting national defense independence but also continues to strengthen the domestic aerospace ecosystem and provide competitive technological solutions in the global market, for both military and commercial needs. In addition to its positive financial report, PTDI also successfully exceeded its Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. The company achieved a KPI score of 100.65, against an initial target of 100. This achievement was driven by strong economic and social value indicators, business model innovation, technological leadership, increased investment, and a commitment to developing superior human resource talent in the aerospace industry. To respond to the increasingly competitive dynamics of the global aerospace industry, the GMS also approved organizational reforms and changes to the company's management structure. One key change was the adjustment of the nomenclature of director positions to focus business activities.

A PTDI release stated that the Director of Commerce & Development is now held by Moh. Arif Faisal (previously Director of Commerce, Technology & Development). The Director of Finance & Human Resources has been transferred to Dhias Widhiyati (previously Director of Finance, Risk Management & Human Resources). Furthermore, the Director of Technology & Risk Management has been transferred to Ony Arifianto. These adjustments were taken deliberately to strengthen PTDI's focus on expanding its business reach, mastering cutting-edge technology, and more stringently managing operational risk. Changes not only affected the board of directors, but also the Board of Commissioners. Bagus Puruhito officially holds the position of Deputy President Commissioner, replacing Bonar H. Hutagaol. Furthermore, the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) also appointed Erwin Dimas as the company's new Commissioner. A Solid Foundation for Sustainable Growth Responding to these positive results, PTDI's Director of Commerce & Development, Moh. Arif Faisal, stated that the achievements in 2025 will be a crucial foundation for PTDI's future. "PTDI's performance achievements throughout 2025 are the result of strengthening its business, engineering, and production capabilities, as well as strategic collaboration with the entire national defense industry ecosystem under the DEFEND ID Holding. Going forward, PTDI will continue to strengthen its mastery of national aerospace technology to support defense independence and Indonesia's competitiveness on the global stage," explained Arif Faisal. Looking ahead to the years ahead, PTDI is committed to not being complacent. The company will continue to strengthen its business fundamentals through higher-quality project execution, tight cash flow management, supply chain optimization, and accelerated completion of various strategic programs to maintain healthy and sustainable business growth.
